Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile. Prices can move rapidly, and trading digital assets carries significant risk. BitGrows provides tools and market access but does not guarantee profits or predict market movements.
Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity.
- Attempting to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Providing false information or attempting to evade compliance and security measures.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to network fees, confirmation times, and internal security checks. We may delay or hold funds for additional verification if suspicious activity is detected.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for regulatory, compliance, or security reasons. Termination may occur without prior notice when required.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitGrows and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of funds caused by user error, negligence, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.
